The Captain Toad Treasure Tracker demo was just recently released at the Nintendo e-Shop. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker was originally released on the Wii U. You might also remember it from Super Mario 3D which included the Captain Toad mini games as well.
The demo includes the first 3 levels of the game, two puzzles and a boss level, about 10-15 minutes of actual gameplay. The full game will be release on July 13, 2018 for the Nintendo Switch.
I did play through the whole demo and made a Let's Play Video if you would like to see some actual gameplay.
